Assistant Director, Accounting
Susan Vega joined Panthera in September 2009 as Assistant Director of Finance. Before joining Panthera, Susan worked for the American Museum of Natural History’s (AMNH) Finance department for over a decade and developed a skill set unique in Accounting for not-for-profit organizations. While at AMNH, Susan was responsible for developing and implementing procedures that enhanced internal control processes within the museum’s operational departments.
An avid cat lover, Susan is thrilled to work in an environment dedicated to the conservation of wild cats and loves to hear field stories from our research team, and be involved in the process of making a difference in wild cat conservation.
