Whether on the frontlines of conservation or based at our New York City headquarters, Panthera is led by a burgeoning team of multinational scientists, law enforcement professionals, and other wild cat advocates.
The Scientific Council harnesses the wisdom and experience of some of the best minds in conservation in order to help steer Panthera’s scientific initiatives. Throughout the year, members are asked to evaluate proposals, review and critique Panthera’s progress, brainstorm new ideas, and develop initiatives for the coming year.
The Conservation Council is a global advisory board convening more than 60 of the most respected figures from the worlds of business, law enforcement, government, fashion, media, entertainment, tourism, the military, and the arts. Council members provide Panthera with actionable advice on a wide variety of topics fundamental to the growth and development of the organization.
