Eric Ventura

Director, Business Development

Eric Ventura serves as Director of Business Development, leading the organization’s fundraising efforts in support of wild cat conservation.

He has worked at Panthera since 2016, holding positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to his time at Panthera, he gained valuable experience with Alcoa and the Amazon Conservation Team, an NGO dedicated to community-based conservation in the Amazon basin.

His passion lies at the intersection of philanthropy, community development, and biodiversity conservation.

Eric holds a Master’s of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor’s in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Virginia. He is currently pursuing a Master's of Business Administration from California State University. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, Eric brings a cross-cultural and multi-disciplinary perspective to his work.
