Fernanda Ribeiro is the Chief Strategic Engagement Officer at Panthera, providing integrated leadership across Business Development, Global Communications and Marketing, and Institutional Partnerships. In this role, she works to identify and develop strategic opportunities, mobilize partnerships and resources, and ensure Panthera's most important relationships are coordinated with the full strength of these combined capabilities behind them.

With a background in diplomacy, public law and administration, sustainable finance, and institutional partnerships, Fernanda brings a distinctive skill set to advancing conservation at scale. Since joining Panthera in 2019, she has been instrumental in expanding the organization's strategic alliances with governments, funders and conservation partners, particularly across Latin America.

Passionate about inclusive conservation and biodiversity financing, Fernanda is a driving force behind Panthera's efforts to develop large-scale, transformational initiatives that address the challenges facing wild cats and their landscapes at a systemic level.
